Shimmer Julz accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards through paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use this service. If you have a PayPal account or choose to open one, you may pay with your PayPal balance or you may transfer funds from a bank account into your PayPal account to use as payment.
Your order will be shipped within 4 business days of receiving payment (usually sooner).
The shipping and handling also includes the packaging materials used like gift boxes, organza bags, bubble wrap etc. Shimmer Julz ships orders via Canada Post regular mail. If you would like to purchase insurance, just let me know. I cannot be responsible for your item after it leaves my hands.
I generally ship to the address that is registered with PayPal. If you need me to ship to another address, please let me know.

Please Note: Buyers are responsible for payment of Customs and Duty Taxes. Shimmer Julz is not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in the hands of the postal service. The safest way to ship your package is to insure your package.
Loss of or Damage to Packages:
Shimmer Julz cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office while in transit to you. I package all orders well, but unfortunately once it leaves my shop it is out of my hands. If you are concerned about the shipment of your order, I recommend that you request insured mail.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to the nature of my handcrafted designs, I am unable to refund purchases. If you are not satisfied with the piece of jewelry you have purchased, you may contact me within 3 days after receiving your order and it may be exchanged for other jewelry in my shop within 7 days after receiving your order. Please note that you must return the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. The price of the item(s) will be applied to the exchange once I have received it back in its original condition. My appologies but shipping costs can not be refunded.
